choisi cet atelier parce que j&rsquo;aime bien cuisiner.<\/p>\n<p>Mon professeur s&rsquo;appelle Monsieur Barbier.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a diff\u00e9rents espaces de travail dans la cuisine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le plan de travail<\/strong> o\u00f9 je cuisine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La plonge<\/strong> avec un \u00e9vier, une douchette pour rincer et un lave vaisselle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>l&rsquo;espace cuisson<\/strong> avec des plaques \u00e9lectriques, deux fours.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;espace froid<\/strong> avec une chambre froide, deux r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateurs et deux cong\u00e9lateurs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;espace rangement<\/strong> o\u00f9 je range les plats et couteaux de cuisine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;espace \u00e9picerie <\/strong>avec les boites de conserve, de l&rsquo;huile, le riz, les oignons, les l\u00e9gumes, le sucre et la farine.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dans mon atelier<\/strong>, j&rsquo;utilise diff\u00e9rents outils:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le couteau d&rsquo;office<\/strong> sert principalement \u00e0 \u00e9plucher et tourner les l\u00e9gumes.<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 407px\" class=\"wp-caption les l\u00e9gumes et certains fruits<\/p>\n<p><strong>La mandoline <\/strong>permet diff\u00e9rentes tailles de l\u00e9gumes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le Russe<\/strong> permet de cuire les aliments en petites quantit\u00e9s dans un liquide.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le sautoir <\/strong>permet de r\u00e9aliser les viandes saut\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La plaque \u00e0 r\u00f4tir <\/strong>prmet de rotir les viandes et les volailles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les po\u00eales <\/strong>servent \u00e0 faire cuire les viandes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les calottes ou les culs de poule<\/strong> permettent de d\u00e9barrasser, de
