Je l\u2019ai appris chez monsieur Barbier, le prof de l\u2019atelier cuisine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>200 g de beurre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>200 g de chocolat<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>200 g de sucre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5 \u0153ufs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de farine<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je commence par couper le beurre en morceaux . Je les mets avec le chocolat dans le cul de poule et je fais fondre au bain marie. J\u2019ajoute ensuite le sucre, la farine, les oeufs, je m\u00e9lange avec le fouet. Je beurre le moule tout autour et m\u00eame au milieu. Je verse la p\u00e2te dans le moule en raclant avec une spatule.
