Un cycle comporte une premi\u00e8re phase, l\u2019endormissement, puis suivra le sommeil lent-l\u00e9ger. Ensuite nous passons au sommeil lent-profond puis au sommeil paradoxal (r\u00eave et cauchemar).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.dreem.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/train-du-sommeil.jpg\" alt=\"https:\/\/blog.dreem.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/train-du-sommeil.jpg\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Le cycle se termine par un micro-r\u00eaveil. L\u00e0, soit on recommence un autre cycle, soit on se r\u00e9veille. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le sommeil est pr\u00e9cieux et vital.
