Voici, le compte-rendu de nos \u00e9changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe 3 grandes cat\u00e9gories d\u2019aliments&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Les glucides<\/li><li>Les prot\u00e9ines<\/li><li>Les lipides<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A quoi\nservent les glucides&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ils servent \u00e0 produire de l\u2019\u00e9nergie. Si on prend l\u2019exemple\nd\u2019une voiture, les glucides, c\u2019est le carburant. Les glucides, c\u2019est des\nsucres. Il existe 2 cat\u00e9gories de glucides ou de sucres&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Les sucres\nlents<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Les sucres\nrapides<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Oriane&nbsp;: Les <strong>sucres\nlents<\/strong> nous donnent de l\u2019\u00e9nergie tout au long de la journ\u00e9e. Ils se\ndiffusent lentement dans notre corps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exemples de <strong>sucres lents<\/strong>&nbsp;: Le riz, les p\u00e2tes, la semoule, les\npommes de terre, les f\u00e9culents, le pain\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les sucres lents n\u2019ont pas un go\u00fbt sucr\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <strong>sucres rapides<\/strong>\nnous donnent de l\u2019\u00e9nergie imm\u00e9diatement mais pendant tr\u00e8s peu de temps. C\u2019est\nun peu comme un effet turbo ou sur une fus\u00e9e un super carburant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exemples de <strong>sucres rapides<\/strong>&nbsp;: jus de fruits, compotes, morceaux\nde sucre, bonbons, g\u00e2teaux, chocolat, Nutella, confiture, caramel, gaufres,\ncr\u00eapes, coca-cola, carambar, fruits, oasis, sirop, limonade, barre de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales,\npain au chocolat, macarons, viennoiseries, croissants, tarte, pain aux raisins,\nbeignets, donuts, \u00e9clairs au chocolat, choux \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me, chouchou churros,\nglaces, pop-corn, salade de fruits\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les sucres rapides ont un go\u00fbt sucr\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A quoi\nservent les prot\u00e9ines&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <strong>prot\u00e9ines<\/strong>\nservent \u00e0 construire nos muscles ou \u00e0 le r\u00e9parer. Les prot\u00e9ines, c\u2019est comme\nune voiture. C\u2019est ce qui permet \u00e0 notre corps de se construire et d\u2019\u00e9voluer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exemples de prot\u00e9ines&nbsp;:\nle poulet, la viande, le poisson, le jambon, les \u0153ufs, le lait, les fromages,\nla cr\u00e8me, le beurre, les yaourts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A quoi\nservent les lipides&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <strong>lipides<\/strong>\ncontiennent des graisses qui servent au bon fonctionnement de nos cellules et\nsont une r\u00e9serve d\u2019\u00e9nergie pour notre corps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exemples d\u2019aliments qui contiennent des lipides&nbsp;: le\nbeurre, l\u2019huile, la sauce salade, la mayonnaise, le gras dans le jambon, la\ngraisse de b\u0153uf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe des graisses animales et v\u00e9g\u00e9tales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">La classe dinamo 2<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Apprendre \u00e0 classer les aliments En classe, nous avons commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler sur la classification des aliments.
