Je mets les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs dans le cul de poule, j\u2019ajoute le sucre et l&rsquo;ar\u00f4me vanill\u00e9. Une fois que \u00e7a bout, je verse le lait sur le m\u00e9lange et ensuite je bats le tout. Je verse le contenu du cul de poule dans une casserole que je fais chauffer. Je fais attention de bien faire le huit avec une spatule pour \u00e9paissir. C\u2019est une cuisson \u00ab\u00a0\u00e0 la nappe\u00a0\u00bb.
