Elle peut \u00eatre sucr\u00e9e ou sal\u00e9e, elle sert \u00e0 faire des tartes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je prends un cul de poule, j&rsquo;ajoute la farine et je verse le sucre. Puis, je d\u00e9coupe le beurre en petits morceaux et je sable la p\u00e2te. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je s\u00e9pare le blanc d\u2019\u0153uf et je mets le jaune dans la p\u00e2te. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019incorpore en m\u00eame temps l\u2019eau puis je\nlaisse reposer ma p\u00e2te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois que j\u2019ai laiss\u00e9 la p\u00e2te se\nreposer, je prends le rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie et j\u2019\u00e9tale la p\u00e2te.
