J\u2019ajoute la farine et le sucre glace. Je m\u00e9lange le tout. Je s\u00e9pare les blancs d\u2019\u0153ufs et je les verse dans le cul de poule. Je n\u2019utilise pas les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs. Ensuite, je fais fondre mon beurre dans une petite casserole. D\u00e8s qu\u2019il a fondu, je l\u2019ajoute dans le m\u00e9lange. Apr\u00e8s, je prends deux cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 et je fais une boule. J\u2019en mets raisonnablement, puis j\u2019\u00e9tale la p\u00e2te avec une fourchette en faisant des ronds. Je mets au four. Une fois que les tuiles sont cuites, je prends une spatule pour d\u00e9coller les tuiles. Enfin, je les mets sur un plateau.
