{"id":19965,"date":"2020-04-10T18:05:50","date_gmt":"2020-04-10T17:05:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.imelasavoie.fr\/?p=19965"},"modified":"2020-04-10T18:05:54","modified_gmt":"2020-04-10T17:05:54","slug":"atelier-cuisine-la-recette-de-la-tarte-a-la-tomate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.imelasavoie.fr\/?p=19965","title":{"rendered":"[atelier cuisine] La recette de la tarte \u00e0 la tomate"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Exercices cuisine<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bonjour \u00e0 tous, comme promis voici la recette de la tarte \u00e0 la tomate pour une soir\u00e9e plateau\/t\u00e9l\u00e9, pour remplacer la pizza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingr\u00e9dients&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 1 p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e sal\u00e9e<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 4 ou 5 tomates suivant la grosseur (on \u00e9vite les tomates cerise&nbsp;!!!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Moutarde<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Gruy\u00e8re r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Sel, poivre, herbes de Provence et huile d\u2019olive<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Technique&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Pr\u00e9parer la p\u00e2te<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Abaisser, foncer et piquer la tarte (termes culinaires&nbsp;!!!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; A l\u2019aide d\u2019un pinceau badigeonner le fond de la tarte avec de la moutarde<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Couper les tomates en rondelles (on pense bien s\u00fbr \u00e0 enlever le p\u00e9doncule et \u00e0 les laver)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Disposer les rondelles de tomate sur la tarte<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&#8211; Assaisonner (sel, poivre, herbes de Provence)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; R\u00e9partir le gruy\u00e8re r\u00e2p\u00e9 sur la tarte et arroser la tarte d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Mettre \u00e0 cuire la tarte th 200\u00b0, 25 \u00e0 30 minutes (on surveille la cuisson&nbsp;!!!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et voil\u00e0, bon app\u00e9tit (on n\u2019oublie pas la petite salade verte avec pour garder la ligne&nbsp;!!!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Variante&nbsp;: on peut remplacer le gruy\u00e8re par du fromage de ch\u00e8vre ou rajouter des filets d\u2019anchois et pourquoi pas un peu d\u2019huile piquante avant de la d\u00e9guster (pour les amateurs&nbsp;!!!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Allez bonne soir\u00e9e plateau&nbsp;\/t\u00e9l\u00e9 (je vous laisse choisir le programme&nbsp;!!!)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ps\u00a0: moi je vais regarder \u00ab\u00a0Jos\u00e9phine ange gardien\u00a0\u00bb MDR<strong>Bon week-end de p\u00e2ques \u00e0 tous et attention pas trop de chocolat\u00a0!!!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.afcdn.com\/recipe\/20180208\/77440_w1024h768c1cx1824cy2736cxt0cyt0cxb3648cyb5472.jpg\" alt=\"Tarte \u00e0 la tomate et \u00e0 la moutarde : Recette de Tarte \u00e0 la tomate ...\"\/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Exercices cuisine Bonjour \u00e0 tous, comme promis voici la recette de la tarte \u00e0 la tomate pour une soir\u00e9e plateau\/t\u00e9l\u00e9, pour remplacer la pizza.
