Voici la recette:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tomates farcies<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 Tomates<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 gousses Ail<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thym<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Persil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poivre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>250 g Chair \u00e0 saucisse<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 oignon<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Les \u00e9tapes&nbsp;:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>\u00c9tape 1<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9plucher et hacher les oignons. \u00c9plucher et hacher les gousses d&rsquo;ail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>\u00c9tape 2<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettre la moiti\u00e9 des oignons dans la chair \u00e0 saucisse. Ajouter l&rsquo;ail, le sel, le poivre et un peu de persil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>\u00c9tape 3<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Couper le haut des tomates et les \u00e9vider. Poivrer et saler l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur. Mettre la farce \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur et remettre les chapeaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>\u00c9tape 4<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettre le reste des oignons dans un plat avec la chair des tomates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>\u00c9tape 5<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettre les tomates farcies dans le plat. Parsemez d&rsquo;un peu de thym et mette une noisette de beurre sur chaque tomates.
