{"id":24603,"date":"2022-05-30T15:59:25","date_gmt":"2022-05-30T13:59:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.imelasavoie.fr\/?p=24603"},"modified":"2022-05-30T16:25:21","modified_gmt":"2022-05-30T14:25:21","slug":"rapport-de-stage-boulangerie-sasu-par-gabriel-p","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.imelasavoie.fr\/?p=24603","title":{"rendered":"[Rapport de stage] Boulangerie SASU par Gabriel P"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Rapport de stage de Gabriel Penninckx<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je suis parti en stage \u00e0 la boulangerie SASU Tribhou \u00e0 Ambronay du 3\/05\/2022 au 19\/05\/2022<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les horaires \u00e9taient de 6h00 \u00e0 12h00<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les t\u00e2ches que j\u2019ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9es pendant mon stage&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>La mise en magasin,<\/li><li>La &nbsp;pes\u00e9e des diff\u00e9rentes farines,&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>La plonge pour aider le p\u00e2tissier &nbsp;<\/li><li>Le nettoyage du laboratoire<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce que j\u2019ai appris&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>travailler rapidement avec efficacit\u00e9<\/li><li>mieux conna\u00eetre les contraintes de la boulangerie<\/li><li>utiliser des machines de boulangerie<\/li><li>manipuler des p\u00e2tes<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Mes difficult\u00e9s\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 m\u00e9moriser les poids des pes\u00e9es<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Difficult\u00e9 a fa\u00e7onner avec ma main gauche<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce que j\u2019ai aim\u00e9&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai tout aim\u00e9 l\u00e0-bas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bilan du stage&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai eu la r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 ma question.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je veux continuer en boulangerie et faire un C.A.P boulangerie.
