C\u2019est un g\u00e2teau turc. En turc, on le dit \u00ab&nbsp;a\u011flayan pasta&nbsp;\u00bb. C\u2019est un d\u00e9sert turc tr\u00e8s populaire en Turquie et l\u2019un des meilleurs g\u00e2teaux turcs. C\u2019est facile \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le g\u00e2teau ressemble \u00e0 \u00e7a:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a recette:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration&nbsp;: en 50 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuisson\u00a0: 25 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quantit\u00e9\u00a0: pour 16 personnes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingr\u00e9dient du \u00ab&nbsp;g\u00e2teau qui pleure&nbsp;\u00bb:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la g\u00e9noise\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3 \u0153ufs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>150g de sucre<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>80 ml d\u2019huile<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>200 ml de lait<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1 sachet de sucre vanille 7g<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1 sachet de levure chimique 7g<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>30g de cacao<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cr\u00e8me chantilly<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>190g de farine<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour l&rsquo;imbibage\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>200ml de lait<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>15g de cacao<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cr\u00e8me chantilly<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>550ml de cr\u00e8me liquide enti\u00e8re<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>50g de sucre glace<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ganache au chocolat<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>250ml de cr\u00e8me<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>200g de chocolat noir<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Recette&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1<sup>\u00e8re <\/sup>\u00e9tape: beurrer un moule de 23 x 30cm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2<sup>i\u00e8me<\/sup> \u00e9tape&nbsp;: dans un grand r\u00e9cipient fouetter \u00e9nergiquement les \u0153ufs, le sucre vanill\u00e9 pendant 3-4minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3<sup>i\u00e8me<\/sup> \u00e9tape&nbsp;: ajouter le lait et apr\u00e8s vous m\u00e9langer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4<sup>i\u00e8me<\/sup> \u00e9tape&nbsp;: ajouter l\u2019huile et une pinc\u00e9e de sel et m\u00e9langer \u00e0 nouveau<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5<sup>i\u00e8me<\/sup> \u00e9tape&nbsp;: tamiser et incorporer le cacao en poudre et m\u00e9langer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6<sup>i\u00e8me<\/sup> \u00e9tape&nbsp;: tamiser et incorporer la farine et la levure<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7<sup>i\u00e8me<\/sup> \u00e9tape&nbsp;: fouetter jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te \u00e0 g\u00e2teau lisse et homog\u00e8ne<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8<sup>i\u00e8me<\/sup> \u00e9tape&nbsp;: verser la p\u00e2te dans le moule beurr\u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9<sup>i\u00e8me<\/sup> \u00e9tape&nbsp;: d\u00e9poser dans le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C pendant 20 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10<sup>i\u00e8me<\/sup> \u00e9tape&nbsp;: quand le g\u00e2teau est bient\u00f4t cuit pr\u00e9parer l\u2019imbibage<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>11<sup>i\u00e8me<\/sup> \u00e9tape&nbsp;: porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition le lait et le cacao tamis\u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>12<sup>i\u00e8me<\/sup> \u00e9tape&nbsp;: remuer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la dissolution du cacao<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>13<sup>i\u00e8me<\/sup> \u00e9tape&nbsp;: sortir le g\u00e2teau du four et le piquer partout pour voir si il est cuit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>14<sup>i\u00e8me<\/sup> \u00e9tape&nbsp;: verser en 4 fois sur le g\u00e2teau encore chaud l\u2019imbibage<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>15<sup>i\u00e8me<\/sup> \u00e9tape&nbsp;: laisser absorber le l\u2019imbibage \u00e0 chaque fois<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>16<sup>i\u00e8me<\/sup> \u00e9tape&nbsp;: laisser le g\u00e2teau refroidir<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>17<sup>i\u00e8me<\/sup> \u00e9tape&nbsp;: pour la cr\u00e8me chantilly fouetter la cr\u00e8me liquide enti\u00e8re tr\u00e8s froide avec le sucre glace<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>18<sup>i\u00e8me<\/sup> \u00e9tape&nbsp;: verser la cr\u00e8me chantilly sur le g\u00e2teau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>19<sup>i\u00e8me<\/sup> \u00e9tape&nbsp;: lisser la surface et laisser le g\u00e2teau refroidir au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>20<sup>i\u00e8me<\/sup> \u00e9tape&nbsp;: pour la ganache au chocolat porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition la cr\u00e8me liquide enti\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>21<sup>i\u00e8me<\/sup> \u00e9tape&nbsp;: ajouter le chocolat m\u00e9langer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le chocolat soit fondu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>22<sup>i\u00e8me<\/sup> \u00e9tape&nbsp;: laisser la ganache compl\u00e8tement refroidir avant de la verser sur le g\u00e2teau uniform\u00e9ment<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape&nbsp;: mettre le g\u00e2teau au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 4h minimum avant de le servir<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
