C&rsquo;\u00e9tait \u00e0 Samognat. J&rsquo;y suis all\u00e9 avec mon p\u00e8re. Un invit\u00e9 de la battue a tu\u00e9 un sanglier. Cet apr\u00e8s-midi (mercredi 20 janvier), on va partager le sanglier. Il va falloir le d\u00e9couper.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour pr\u00e9parer un sanglier, il faut d\u00e9couper les \u00e9paules. Ensuite, il faut r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer le filet mignon. Le filet mignon, c&rsquo;est la partie la plus tendre du sanglier. Elle se trouve au niveau des c\u00f4tes. Apr\u00e8s, il faut d\u00e9couper les c\u00f4tes. On met les morceaux dans des sacs avec des num\u00e9ros et on organise un loto. Par exemple, si je tire le num\u00e9ro 5, j&rsquo;aurai le morceau num\u00e9ro 5.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chaque fois que l&rsquo;on tue un sanglier, celui qui a tu\u00e9 le sanglier paye la fondue qui est organis\u00e9e \u00e0 la cabane de chasse lorsqu&rsquo;on partage le sanglier. Du coup, ce soir, il y aura une fondue savoyarde ou un ramequin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On va arriver \u00e0 17h00 \u00e0 la cabane de chasse pour d\u00e9couper la viande et \u00e0 18h00 on pr\u00e9parera le repas.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>J&rsquo;ai h\u00e2te d&rsquo;\u00eatre \u00e0 ce soir parce que j&rsquo;aime bien ces moments.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Adrien<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dimanche 17 janvier, j&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 la battue aux sangliers.
