Nous avons vu que les aliments pouvaient \u00eatre class\u00e9s en plusieurs cat\u00e9gories. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Il y a ainsi <u><b>les glucides<\/b><\/u>. Les glucides, c&rsquo;est les sucres qui nous donnent de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie. On trouve des prot\u00e9ines dans la viande, le poisson, les \u0153ufs, les flageolets, les petits pois, les lentilles, les pois chiches&#8230;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"><u><b>Les produits laitiers<\/b><\/u> nous servent pour construire et renforcer notre squelette.On les trouve dans le lait,les fromages, les yaourts, les fromages blancs\u2026<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Il existe aussi des aliments que l&rsquo;on peut mettre dans <u><b>les mati\u00e8res grasses<\/b><\/u> comme les huiles, les noix, les noisettes, le beurre \u2026 et qui permettent \u00e0 notre corps de bien fonctionner.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Enfin, il existe la cat\u00e9gories des vitamines qui permet le bon fonctionnement de notre corps et que l&rsquo;on trouve dans les fruits et l\u00e9gumes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Maxime, Maureen, Jordan, Sabine, Mohamed, Oph\u00e9lie et Joris<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En classe avec Idalie, Estelle et Mr Lan\u00e7on, nous travaillons sur l&rsquo;alimentation en P.S.E.
